Job description
As On Premise Activator you will be responsible for growing our horizontal distribution in the wet led independent free trade and lease & tenanted sectors (C Universe). You will build new relationships with On Premise venues in your area to grow our overall volume. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Areas that play to your strengths

· Territory Management
Growing Red Bull in the On Premise by targeting & gaining new distribution
Continuously assess geographic territory to define On Premise C universe
Spend 90% field time calling on accounts in your territory to drive new distribution
Develop relationships with local RTM’s
Professionally and actively address all situations regarding the misrepresentation of other energy drinks as Red Bull

Analyses territory and account specific business to clearly understand key business drivers
Utilises tools and tactics to drive horizontal growth
Proactively shares examples of Red Bull marketing activities to demonstrate key points of difference to competition
Encourage the optimum price for a Red Bull in all venues
Work to ensure a quality finished drink is delivered to all consumers requesting a Red Bull
Ensures that the correct brand activation items are staged in the right accounts according to the RBUK guidelines
Carries appropriate brand activation tools/replacement items in vehicle at all times
· In Outlet Education/Training
Advise venues as to the most effective RTM for them
Routinely perform staff education, perfect serve and encourage optimum pricing

Your experience includes:

· Solid understanding of the local On-Premise industry
· Strong administrative skills and highly organised
· Demonstrable literacy and numerical skills
· Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
· Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in any retail environment (especially a bar or nightclub) is a plus
· GCSE Mathematics GCSE English
· Excellent English
