National Account Executive - National RTM

Job description

In this position you will support the National Account Manager in the delivery of the National RTM sector strategy. You will work closely with key commercial and operations contacts across the customer base to drive engagement and activate key initiatives. You will be expected to assist in developing and executing marketing & sales plans for all National Routes to Market ensuring the brand is activated with excellence. You will be responsible for driving Red Bull’s distribution growth agenda across the Independent Free Trade by managing relationships with, and setting targets for, our customers’ field sales teams. You will work alongside the other NAE for NRTM as the direct interface between the channel and the Musketeer & Activator teams, responsible for setting direction, inductions and coaching. You will also be responsible for delivering agreed customer volume and profit targets, managing a budget and being an internal and external advocate of the Red Bull brand.

·  Reporting & Strategy

Drive and  develop the channel strategy in conjunction with the National Account Manager

Own account responsibilities

Support NAM with the delivery of National RTM customer business plans

Work alongside the other NAE for NRTM to deliver the activation of channel plans

To identify and open up new distribution opportunities across the C Universe/ Non Managed sector

To be an expert of the On-Premise Retail/ Wholesale world.  Be informed and knowledgeable of the market, competitor movements and strategies

Accurate forecasting and reporting of customer performance on financial systems  (Essbase and CPM)

To track and measure the impact of all decisions and actions. To have ongoing monitoring processes/systems/tools in place in order to be able to identify opportunities and performance issues

 

·  Account Management

Develop and drive strong relationships with all customer’s regional and operational structures

Deliver agreed volume and profit targets for customer base

Identify key opportunities with developing accounts and build a plan that delivers mutually beneficial growth

Assist in building and executing marketing initiatives across the key customers, ensuring mutual benefit for both Red Bull and the customer

Develop strong internal relationships Category Marketing to assist in developing robust and insightful customer plans, RM’s and Musketeers to ensure flawless execution of all activity and the other NAE within National Route to Market to work most effectively and efficiently as a team

Your experience includes:

Minimum 2 years FMCG sales experience

· 
Evidence of commercial negotiations
