·  Guest Experience

As Guest Relations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling and executing all guest experiences throughout the race weekends.

You’ll take over the coordination and briefing of helping hands to run the guest experiences, the provision and update of briefing documents and disclaimers and the support in creating and developing new guest experiences and partner activities.

VIP guest management, which includes looking after partner and sponsor guest groups and handling their requirements, will be part of this role as well.

 

·  Communication

Another aspect of this role will be handling the guest management pre- and post-event including invitation management, guest communication and distribution of tickets to sponsors, prospects and individual VIP`s. You’ll update and maintain guest communication tools and overlook and handle the ticket allocation.

 

·  Special Events

Part of your role will be the support in planning and executing special guest set-ups, programs and side events. You’ll scout potential locations and coordinate relevant suppliers.

 

·  Support

You’ll help planning and handle activation tools in hospitality area in accordance with the Marketing Department, brief commercial photographers at the races and offer administrative support to the Hospitality Manager in all relevant areas such as the logistics of hospitality goods.

The analysis of new prospects and potential partners, the development support of new sponsorship assets and categories for Red Bull Air Race, as well as the implementation of new sales tools and events are also part of your responsibilities.

 

·  Customer Relation Management

You’ll also take the lead in maintaining the official hospitality email account and processing individual or group ticketing requests and other hospitality related matters. The creation of debriefings and evaluation of Sky Lounge guest feedback per race are part of your tasks as well.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
3 years of professional experience in the sport events industry and/or sports management

· 
Experience in account management/customer service and handling of CRM / backend solutions Experience in motorsport and hospitality branch is a plus

· 
Knowledge in implementation of below-the-line activities

· 
Project management and technical skills

· 
Very good computer skills (MS Office)

· 
Highly service-orientated and independent working method

· 
Coordinated, well-organized, stress resistant, open minded and a hands-on mentality

· 
Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

· 

Bachelor degree in sports or event management

· 

Excellent English and German skills
