·  Primary Duty

The primary duty of this team will be to ensure that the Red Bull brand is represented throughout the building. You will be able to use your initiative, creativity and excellent customer service skills customers to ensure that all visitors and callers have a premium, on-brand experience, regardless of the reason for their visit or call.

 

·  Customer service

Manning the front desk, greeting guests ensuring they have a memorable on brand experience.

Answering all incoming calls to the switchboard and direct as appropriate.

Managing the UK consumer queries mailbox and ensuring all consumers receive a timely response

Managing deliveries and ensuring all packages are accounted for.

Ensuring that the reception areas are kept clear and tidy at all times.

 

·  Administration

Ordering weekly stationery supplies and ensuring stationery levels are monitored throughout the office

Arranging couriers on request and ensuring any queries are dealt with promptly.

Arranging catering for meetings/events

Sorting daily mail and ensure mail is given to correct teams.

Franking outgoing daily mail, organizing special and international; deliveries

Reconciling invoices and ensuring all tracking spreadsheets are up to date

Managing meeting room/event space bookings.

Filing of reception related documentation

 

·  Other responsibilities

The Front of House Team are also be partially responsible for:

Helping to organize staff lunches, parties/incentives (e.g, Christmas, Easter, Valentines)

Internal communications

Working closely with Office Manager to ensure Security and Health & Safety is maintained on site

Administrative support as and when required

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
2 years’ experience of dealing with customers at the top end of the market

· 
Passion and enthusiasm for good quality customer service

· 
A good understanding of the Red Bull brand

· 
Being a team player is essential

· 
A friendly, outgoing, helpful and confident personality

· 
Flexible and dedicated attitude towards the role

· 
Fantastic organisational skills

· 
Able to keep composure under pressure
