· Representing the brand
The Event Vehicle Driver represents Red Bull towards our consumers during their travels and activities and is reliable whilst also being well informed about Red Bull product(s) and brands. They act as the “go-to” person for all kinds of consumer requests during their activities and is able to answer and delegate these in a professional and friendly manner.
· Maintain the vehicle
Responsible for keeping the vehicle in top operational condition under all terms of safety and efficiency, assuring 100 % reliability, no breakdowns of the vehicle or its interior and a perfect brand appearance (yearly servicing, cleaning, top quality, etc.).
The event vehicle drivers hit the road as much as they can, detecting every opportunity in their region, finding locations and occasions where to bring the Red Bull event vehicle.
· Communication and relationships
The event vehicle driver works directly with Red Bull internal (all marketing and sales departments) and external contacts (mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs, event organisers etc.) for a very high flexibility in usage of the Red Bull event vehicle and for new and fresh project ideas (they should be drivers of innovation). The event vehicle drivers administrate the usage of the Red Bull event vehicle and they are in constant contact with the sport, culture, consumer-collection and on-premise team, assuring every-day-usage in events, sampling and on-premise activities by reducing the non-usage days.
· Activities
The event vehicle drivers have the chance to create opportunities, bringing in new ideas and expanding the event vehicle program in their region. The drivers have to plan ahead important activities but at the same time they have to be able to perform spontaneous activities where they know consumers and the local scenes are.
· Entertainment
They drive and set up the vehicle, the equipment and its interior up/down, are able to entertain with background music (DJ/MC skills are appreciated but not mandatory, as they are not the main act) and showing moving images from the Red Bull world.
She/he briefs event organisers/DJs/speakers about the usage and possibilities of the vehicle and its equipment by steadily adding fresh ideas and unique solutions.
· Permits
They are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for the smooth usage of the vehicle during all its activities.
· Marketing tools
They are responsible for having enough chilled products (Red Bull cans) and up-to-date marketing tools (moving images, event flyers, sampling leaflets, sports brochures, etc.) on board.
· Social Media
They are responsible to run the social media account of the vehicle and for regularly uploading event vehicle news on the internal SportsNet.
Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)

Secondary school graduate or higher (e.g. student placement year or university graduate) with technical working experience with vehicles and/or audio/video/electronic equipment, interested in sports, music and culture.
·
Full clean driving license.
·
Previous experience in marketing and live events (preferably 1 year or more).
·
DJ and MC experience. Technical know-how of audio/video/electronic equipment.
·
A creative flare with a passion for brands and cutting edge sports and culture scenes.
·
Additionally skilled in social media and how to run it properly in order to engage and connect with consumers.
·
Ultra reliable in terms of safety and integrity i.e. no drugs, alcohol etc. Safe driving skills are essential with the ability to drive in difficult situations (off-road, snow and winter conditions, night hours)

Strong understanding of the sporting and cultural landscape in the South of England, its scenes and key events/opinion leaders.

Ability to communicate with all the people involved in the Red Bull event vehicle activities (Event organizers, DJs, mechanics etc.).
·
Self motivated, friendly, a good communicator and very social.
·
Able to work in stressful environments.
·
Happy to work during the evenings and at weekends.
·
Well organised with good time management.
·
Interest in travelling.
