Job description

The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for all the digital aspects of Communications at Red Bull. In line with Red Bull’s global Digital Media Strategy, the overall purpose of the job is to operate, lead and activate all own Red Bull digital channels, especially the Local Page redbull.fi. In addition, they create digital media tailored content and engagement for Red Bull channels on third party platforms, especially Red Bull’s Facebook and Instagram Pages, the Red Bull channel on YouTube and any locally applicable channels and digital outlets. Collaborates with the Digital Media Editorial Team at the Red Bull Media House to maximise efficiencies for content production across digital platforms (e.g. creation, production, distribution and evaluation). Furthermore, the Digital Marketing Specialist develops and executes local digital marketing ideas in close collaboration with the respective Specialist in Sports, Culture, Communications, Brand, Consumer Collecting and Trade Marketing.

· 
Supports the Communications Manager and the National Marketing Team in developing and implementing the digital communications strategy

· 
Manages all digital channels and has lead of community management

· 
Increases visits, increases unique visitors, increases repeat visit rate, increases search engine referrals, increases conversion rate from social networks, reduces bounce rate.

· 
Monitors effectiveness and results

· 
Ensures all relevant digital communication channels are managed and activated in line with international strategy (web, online, mobile, games, social media activities, etc.)

· 
Collaborates with the Digital Media Editorial Team at the Red Bull Media House to maximise efficiencies for content production across digital platforms (e.g. creation, production, distribution and evaluation).

Reports to stakeholders on projects, planning and results

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Minimum 2 years work experience in the digital field, preferably as a Digital Media/Interactive Marketing Specialist or Digital Brand Specialist

· 
Experience and an excellent eye for detail in web and digital media

· 
Excellent understanding of paid/earned/owned media landscape and a good knowledge of marketing and advertising trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.

· 
An excellent understanding of how to communicate with different audiences and strong verbal and written communication skills.

· 
Experience in analytics and reporting

· 
Ability to work with a team across different business functions

· 
Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a self-directed manner

· 

Preferrably university degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Engineering and/or a related discipline

· 

Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
