· Fieldwork and Data Collection Management
Provide panel and sampling expertise to the rest of the team and assess sample feasibility
Communicating with panel providers and/or market research agencies incl. price negotiation
Setting up the data collection process for each country of interest using standardized data collection instruments
Ensure that project specifications and timings are reviewed early in fieldwork and advise if revised feasibility and/or pricing are necessary
Monitor quotas and sample, ensuring fieldwork quality & meeting deadlines
Keep all relevant parties informed about the project status
Close cooperation with Scriptwriting & Data processing specialists during complete life time of the questionnaire. You are responsible for the data delivery for further analysis.
· Research Project Management
Support the Research Managers in all activities around project management, including research set-up, handling questionnaire changes, communication with internal clients about their information needs, analysing & interpreting the results
Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
·
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Field Work Manager / Data Collection / Panel management / Operations specialist at a sample provider or market research agency
·
Profound experience setting up digital quantitative fieldwork (CAPI & CAWI) as well as steering external panel providers, experience of managing tracking studies beneficial
·
Excellent knowledge of the principles of sampling and panel management
·
Thorough knowledge of Unicom Data Collection / ConfirmIT/ any other data collection software
·
Strong project management and organizational skills
·
Excellent communication and team work skills, ability to multitask & stress-resistance
