Job description

Positioning and delivering of an effective communication message across all types of media channels (social, web, TV, radio and print) to bring our brand image to life and make Red Bull relevant and engaging for our target audiences. The Communications Specialist (together with her/his team) project leads the activation plans for Sports/Culture and (media) Product initiatives and takes full responsibility for earned media activation via influencer amplification and relationship building. Richmond Marketing is the Distribution Partner for Red Bull in Ireland.

·  Responsible to have others talk about us: earned media activation, influencer amplification and building editorial relationships

Identify great story opportunities coming from (Sports, Culture, Brand) Marketing to the local Network and translate this into media products

Project leading activation plans (ESO) across all audiences

Responsible for business to business communications, product (can) communications, crisis and consumer affairs

Other tasks as defined by line manager

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
A communication professional with an extensive media network in the market

· 
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Communications, PR in Marketing or Media led companies

· 
A (proven) track record in (leading teams), projects and securing brand reach & engagement via earned media amplification

· 
Ability to think strategically on how to position Marketing and Media initiatives to guarantee message pull-through to our target audience via media

· 
Is a story seeker that identifies those stories with a true media potential

· 
(Proven) leadership qualities and presentation skills

· 
Very equipped to build media relations in all fields

· 
An agile, team player that knows how to get the work done

· 
Works with passion and has high affinity with the world of Sports and Culture

· 

University degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Engineering and/or a related discipline

· 

Excellent English
