The Responsibilities

Role Summary:

Futures and Options execution sales person who is able to add value to the Global Futures and Options business through the distribution of execution services (voice, care, DMA) for all relevant exchange traded Futures and Options.

Role Responsibilities:

Activities include but are not limited to:

• Execution of all US Futures and Options (virtually error-free).

• Managing execution risk

• Expertise with electronic execution platforms for Futures and Options (Fidessa, CME Direct or similar execution systems)

• Experience with open outcry execution and block trading

• Working as part of a global team covering clients on a 24/6 basis

• Client coverage – day to day client coverage for Futures and Options execution.

• Cross-selling with other groups within the firm

Role Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Futures Execution Salesperson

• Knowledge of Futures and Options

• Strong Communication Skills

• Self-motivated and able to identify and resolve issues with minimum supervision

• Creative and reliable

• The ability to recognize business opportunities to promote and sell Futures products to clients

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Team player

• The ability to bring previous experience into the team to help solve specific problems as well as improve processes and efficiency

• Licensed Series 3
