Randstad HR Solution is looking for a Mechanical Designer for a multinational company in the automotive field.

responsabilità

Responsibilities -Support customer co-design activities developing 3D models in concept & technical feasibility phase - Support in mechanical architecture study, in development as well as in RFI/RFQ phase -Assure timely deliverables of mechanical development - Provide base material for technical presentations - Provide mechanical design input needed by other professional lines according to project needs - Execute design verifications needed during development - Together with the team maximize commonalities & platform approach on different product versions - Apply best practice and guidelines for 3D/2D generation, manufacturability and assembly process, with team support - For all design and verification outputs, adopt standard released forms and methodologies - Actively participate to FMEA/Design Reviews & assure execution of associated mechanic verifications - Analyze parts metrological report & appearance providing formal output according to project need - Be available to support onsite Magneti Marelli & customer plants in case of specific mechanical potential issues

competenze

Requirements - Technical diploma in mechanical Engineering or Bachelor degree - Good written and spoken English knowledge - At least 2-3 years of experience in NX CAD modelling and 2D drawings release, preferentially on products with complex surfaces contents. - Knowledge of thermoplastic materials - Knowledge of tolerance concepts - Assembly methodologies Knowledge (basic for plastic or metal welding/riveting/clipping/screwing) - FMEA methodologies knowledge - MS Office Package knowledge Other information - Availability to travel inside and outside EU up to a max average of 25% of working hours. - Capability to work with multinational distributed teams - Precision and methodic approach
