An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intern to support our Corporate Lifestyle Managers to provide a first class service to our Members who are based around the globe, and place a variety of lifestyle & leisure-related requests to be fulfilled. They can do this via telephone or by email which will be received, acknowledged, researched and actioned in a timely manner.
HOURS OF WORK:
Standard terms will include working 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
IDEAL SKILL SET REQUIRED:
Fluent in written and spoken English. Any other languages are an advantage.
Background in customer service or luxury travel & leisure.
Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations.
Fast learner who always strives to deliver above and beyond expectation.
Confident, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure.
WE NEED THIS INTERN TO BE AVAILABLE ASAP FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS.
