Qatalyst Global is a provider of cutting edge business events, conferences and digital content in the tech space. We host annual events across 5 continents and have a client base that includes some of world’s most recognisable brands (Google, Pfizer, BP, Oracle, McAfee, Philips, AstraZeneca)

We are a cool, dynamic, fast growth company with very ambitious growth plans and are now looking for two fresh faced, hungry sales executives to come in and learn from our vastly experienced management team.

What is most important for us is not your education or your experience but your raw talent, hunger and personality. We will provide the resources to train & develop the right individuals into world class successful sales people that will thrive in a high paced, fun & entrepreneurial environment.

You will be selling sponsorship across our international conference portfolio to solution and service providers who want to use the events as a platform to showcase their expertise.

Key Tasks:

• Sell sponsorship across a number of conferences and events
• Enjoy talking to C-Level industry leaders and delivering a high volume of telephone activity
• Become embedded within the content of industry you are working within
• Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets and take home hefty commissions and bonuses.
• Maintain data in an organised and efficient manner on our modern CRM system
• Always come to work with a smile on your face and the attitude to make it a successful day

Key skills:

• 6-12 Months telesales experience (B2B C-level sales experience preferable but not essential)
• Willing to learn quickly and constantly develop your skills
• Thick skinned, tenacious and single minded in getting a job done
• Quick thinking & persuasive
• Self-motivated with lots of energy & enthusiasm to hit targets and make money
• Commercially aware with good research skills and the ability to understand complex markets
• Enjoy talking to C-Level industry leaders and delivering a high volume of telephone activity
• Excited by working in a fast paced, competitive and fun small team.
• Sociable - you will be travelling the world networking at our events
• Ambitious and keen to progress career rapidly
