Undergraduate placement
These eleven-month placements are for students who need to complete a placement as part of their degree. You’ll work alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals on everyday projects. So you’ll get a good insight into working life at PwC.

Internal Firm Services
Internal Firm Services business area is responsible for providing generalist HC support across our business which is comprised of over 17,000 UK employees across 35 offices. The HC team acts as a liaison, advisor and facilitator between the business and specialist HC support teams, allowing PwC to operate effectively to meet its people agenda.

Employer Branding team
We’re responsible for leading the design and execution of our employer branding campaigns, making them distinctive, consistent and aligned to our recruiting and corporate brand strategy.

Responsibilities:
·  Reporting into the Employer Brand Operations Leader you’ll provide support with the design and delivery of our national employer brand and attraction strategy. 
·  Support design and execution of Experienced Hire, Student and Contingent marketing Campaigns, including both targeted and firmwide campaigns. 
·  Support annual review, redesign and publication of specific marketing materials (flyers, brochures and adverts)
·  Support the review and assess media buying and supplier partners.
·  Managing the job posting process and creating tracking links to measure ROI
·  Supporting the creation of newsletters to our Talent Pool. 
·  Supporting the digital team with managing website updates and annual refresh.
·  Assisting with the creation of video content including attending film shoots and supporting pre and post production of filming projects
·  Support campaign management and tracking to help measure return on investment.
·  Provide support to the wider Employer Brand team on ad hoc marketing requests and specific projects as required.
Essential skills
·  Currently studying a relevant marketing degree that includes a placement year
·  Passionate about marketing and recruitment marketing
·  Is a creative thinker, idea generator, and comfortable sharing them and exploring how they could work in our campaigns and strategy
·  Basic adobe software skills such as photoshop or indesign
·  Good research and reporting skills
·  Proactive and self-motivated, getting involved in all projects and tasks
·  Is a team player able to operate in a small, virtual team  
Relationships:
·  Building strong relationships with the wider Employer Brand team will be essential in being successful in the role. This includes the Campaign, Social Media and the Digital Marketing teams.
·  Work with our internal and external PR team, to support our recruitment objectives. Additional information
·  The team are split between our London, Midlands, North and South East offices.
·  ​The job holder will need to be comfortable travelling when required to other offices and working as part of a virtual team. What you’ll gain

What you need to get in
·  You’ll need to be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in a Marketing related subject
·  You’ll need to be on four-year degree programme that features a sandwich placement element
