Internal Firm Services

Internal Firm Services business area is responsible for providing generalist HC support across our business which is comprised of over 17,000 UK employees across 35 offices. The HC team acts as a liaison, advisor and facilitator between the business and specialist HC support teams, allowing PwC to operate effectively to meet its people agenda.

HC Quality & Service (HC Q&S)

HC Q&S are a small yet dynamic team who sit within HC.  The team handle all exceptions across HC, monitor all HC Issues and complete all HC related administration.  HC Q&S undertake Quality Analysis across multiple processes to stabilise and improve our offshore services. The Business Placement will offer you the opportunity to support and work on projects in our wider HC Service Delivery Team.

In a climate where many companies choose to outsource some or all of their services, this placement will gain you some valuable experience in outsource management. This business placement provides the opportunity to work within a market-leading professional services firm and develop the foundations of a marketing and business development career aligned to one of our regional, industry or service line business areas. It’s a genuinely interesting place to work and a hands-on role- the experience is gained by delivery and “doing” rather than sitting next to someone watching what they do. The nature of the role also provides opportunities to develop other “soft skills” highly valued by employers such as teamwork, leadership and influencing skills amongst others.
