Job description

Job Description

The PwC Deal
No matter which area of the business you choose to join, all routes offer the same deal. The opportunity to grow as an individual, to meet new people, and build lasting relationships that will stay with you for life. Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a personally tailored benefits package.

School and College Leaver programme
A position on our School and college leaver programme is one of the best ways of jumping into a career with PwC early. You'll learn and develop the specialist skills our clients look for and value most and study towards a professional qualification, with support from us all the way.
The work is varied and includes investigating and analysing operational and financial risk, processes, systems and controls in order to make recommendations for improvement. Good communication, analytical skills and a strong eye for detail are therefore really important.

Tax
Your knowledge will help high-profile businesses, entrepreneurs and family businesses understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. You'll also help governments ensure the efficient operation of tax systems, and use your insight to solve long-term problems. You'll be part of a business that's committed to proactively engaging with the tax policy debate and focused on leading views and new ideas.

OneGM
You'll help some of the world's leading employers make the most of their biggest asset – their people.

You'll work on a broad range of projects helping clients design their global mobility programme, stay compliant in a world of ever changing legislation and move their people globally with ease.

Our clients range from household names with large scale employee mobility to organisations starting to move their people and needing help to formalise what they are doing.

Whatever stage they are at our clients all want to incentivise and retain their people.

They are facing a changing world and need our help to think differently about how they do this. Mobility is at the heart of this conversation.

What you'll gain
You'll enjoy plenty of practical, on-the-job training while studying for a professional qualification with the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) before going on to complete the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification with the CIOT. This will take three to four years to complete and we'll give you study leave to go to college plus plenty of support, but you'll need to study in your own time too. Your time in college may involve some travel in which case travel and accommodation would be reimbursed where necessary.

Do you need sponsorship to work in the UK?
We can't provide sponsorship for our school leaver roles.

We know that the skills and experiences you develop with us will stay with you throughout your career. So join PwC. We'll help you reach your full potential.

Take the opportunity of a lifetime.
