Pensions Management Consulting
We work with clients to provide assurance that they run their pension schemes effectively. Pension services exist in an ever changing and challenging environment. We are a client facing team with specialist skills and expertise over the spectrum of pensions change projects.  This includes outsourcing, administration contract reviews, target operating model design, software selection and implementation, data analysis, process re-engineering, implementing operational change, governance and risk management, and benchmarking.

We help our clients solve their operational pension problems.  Join us and you’ll help clients - anything from reviewing their pension operations, procuring new advisers / services, designing solutions to address challenges faced and delivering change.

·  procuring new service providers and assisting in the transition of services; or
·  analysing client issues and designing innovative solutions to address a client’s pension issue.

You’ll develop consulting and analytical skills, a flair for presenting your findings in simple, easy to understand language. What’s more, early client exposure will broaden your experience.

You will work with the pension schemes for some of the biggest names in industry in the private and public sector.   We also have an increasing international client base covering America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

What you'll gain
You'll be expected to study Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision from Pensions Management Institute. Full details will be discussed in the recruitment process.
