Deals
Our Deals business focuses on the deals and crisis elements of our business from strategic public office procurement advice, to insolvency of underperforming businesses, from international take-over bids to economic crime investigations, and lots of other projects in between. Our client base is wide, including government offices, Private Equity Houses, family businesses and multinational conglomerates.

From small family run organisations to major multinationals, BRS helps underperforming businesses and those with interests in them, understand and solve their problems. That might mean coming up with strategies to turn the company around, restructure its debt and operations, or guiding it through an insolvency process.

We work with people right across the organisation, from Tax and Assurance to Deals, this gives our clients the specialist knowledge they need to make the right decisions. Whether clients are after advice, restructuring or refinancing, we can help.
