Become a member of our successful Controlling team based in Westford, MA, USA. We are currently looking for a Junior Analyst, Finance/BI. This position will support various areas of the business by validating data, preparing reports and analysis to support business needs.

Responsibilities:

·  Validate integrity of source database information
·  Create business intelligence tools, including design of spreadsheets and other outputs
·  Document specifications for business intelligence reports, dashboards and other outputs
·  Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business and financial data into comprehensive formats for executives, managers and other stakeholders
·  Create, manage and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reporting according to required deadlines
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve current operational reporting in order to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency with a focus on solving business needs
·  Support the analytical needs of the business including ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
·  Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.
Qualifications:

·  BA/BS in finance, economics, mathematics, business, or quantitative study preferred
·  2 Years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
·  Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
·  Highly Advanced Excel skills, PowerBI/Power Pivot/Power Query a plus
·  SAP & Hyperion knowledge a plus
·  Well organized, reliable and efficient with the ability to prioritize
·  Outgoing team player with initiative, integrity, reliability and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional & positive attitude
·  Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
