Job description

Publicis TAAG is the centralized hub for all agency activity related to data and technology strategy, management, and application. The Global TAAG Manager is an internal data & technology advocate and client-facing thought leader that fuels business-building solutions via strategic use of information, process, technology, and analytics across Display, Video, Search, Social, and Mobile.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role span four core areas:

·  Traffic
- Oversee and manage global trafficking for multiple clients and ensure best-in-class service delivery in all markets
- Establish/refine processes and training parameters to ensure flawless, on-time execution by operational teams
- Organize and centralize, where possible, process and technologies to deliver specific client needs (taking local nuances into account)
·   Data Management and Reporting
- Lead agency and client in developing and deploying data management and reporting solutions
- In partnership with Global TAAG Leader, develop and enforce nomenclature to better manage data across the organization
- Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure data (from varied sources) can be easily fed into internal and/or outsourced tools and systems
·  Technology Partners, Tools, and Systems
- Oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions and partnerships, such as ad servers, data management tools, media planning/buying and billing systems, that deliver against client and organizational needs
- Ensure teams are effectively and efficiently using current tools and systems through training and/or establishment and adherence to best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve and/or create new tools and systems that will drive savings or generate new revenue 
·  Consultation
- Represent client needs within the marketplace to meet current and future needs – and identify where new value can be created for Agency and our clients.

Minimum Requirements:

·  3-5 years industry experience in agency, ad or marketing tech
·  Bachelor’s degree required and/or master’s degree is preferred
·  Proficiency with the Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM) or another ad serving system
·  1+ year of experience with campaign set-up, trafficking, and reporting
·  Working knowledge of the Tag management platforms and/or Site Side Analytics tools (Google Analytics)
·  Ability to work in non-linear fluid structures
·  Ability to drive process/system innovation, and take ownership
·  Self-motivated, team player
