We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Project Manager to join our Northwest Arkansas Team. A fun, engaging personality and sense of humor required! Drive implementation of processes, communications, and deadlines. 2. Engage internal and external client meetings adding value and input. 3. Accurately determine the scope of work and timing of projects based on client briefings and partnership with Account Leadership. 4. Facilitate the creation of budgets and estimates including agency fees and outside costs. 5. Manage all assigned jobs stem to stern to ensure milestones are completed, proactively managing and updating schedules. Preferred: Webvantage and mastery in entire Microsoft Office Suite.   Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years experience in an agency setting and/or project management.
