Lay Reviewer Volunteer-Foreign Languages

Job description

We need enthusiastic volunteers to help to review some of our award-winning Health Information leaflets and booklets that have been translated into Tamil and Gujarati.

Volunteers will check over current versions of Prostate Cancer UK literature and feedback their comments. The Health Information team will then make changes based on the feedback and then get your final approval.

Everything will be sent to you via email (or post if requested). It is a quick task that will take up two hours in total.

Desired profile

Essential:

Fluency in English
Ability to speak either Tamil, or Gujarati fluently

You may have also helped to review documents previously (not essential)

No training is required. If you take part, one of our Health Information Officers will be in touch to explain everything clearly.
