Your role as an intern in HR:

About the Job:

You will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on.

Qualifications

We are looking for

Currently enrolled 3 rd and 4 th year Bachelor’s studentsORCurrently enrolled 1 st and 2 nd year Master’s students,who can manage a virtual internship with agile working hours along with their ongoing semester &:

· 
Are enrolled in Business/IT/Engineering programs at their universities

· 
Are 1 year or 6 months away from graduation or are about to graduate

· 
Can manage a virtual internship with agile working hours along with their ongoing semester

· 
Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions

· 
Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to

· 
Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment

· 
Have the ability to learn on the job in a constantly evolving environment

· 
Have good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals

Just so you know:

·  The duration of the internship will be spread over the course of 12 to 16 weeks (January to April 2021) depending on the student's availability university schedule
·  This is a virtual winter internship program and while we expect at least 50% time to be spent working virtually, the interns can come to office if there is a need
·  As an intern, you'll receive an internship allowance
