We are seeking talents for our Naucalpan Plant for the position of:

Technical Engineer.

Managerial full-time position.

Start date: as soon as possible.

Location: Estado de Mexico.

Work schedule: Flexible working hours.

Profile: 3 to 7 years validated experience running projects, understanding the engineering field. (Preferably in consumer goods corporations).

From the beginning, you will be leading projects that matter and guiding teams that will impact the production of globally recognized branded products. Working in the team in Naucalpan Plant you will work on Oral Care and Personal Health Care business, an exciting, fast growing and innovative category with high growth potential.

What does the work look like?

•We are looking for someone to take the very exciting role of Technical Engineer, to execute all engineering functions required for successful projects' delivery.

•You will lead all aspects of Project Management; safety, technical scope, cost, schedule, staffing and design and delivery of work in support of both the Oral Care business and Personal Health Care business for the Latin America Region.

•Demonstrate and developed your mastery knowledge in packing & processes and technologies, including filling, cartoning, case packing, bundling, and palletizing.

•Responsible for working with Health, Security & Environmental (HS&E) team and construction companies that enter the site.

•The role is directly responsible to the Regional Engineering Leader while also collaborating and supporting Plant Leadership.

•Responsibility for several sites in Mexico as well as Brazil and Contract Manufactures in the LA Region.

Qualifications

Qualifications required for this role:


•Eligible to work in Mexico City.

•Any Engineering degree (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or any related field of engineering).

•Successful track record in project & construction management.

•Hands-on experience with process and / or packing engineering and operational support experience.

•Experience with regulated products and understanding of clean design/ GMPs is a plus.

•Proficiency with Reliability Engineering, and Validation is also highly desired.

•Expect ability to operate on all Microsoft platform tools.

•Great analytical skills.

•Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

•Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

•Travel Availability.
