Delivers NOS, shipment and share goals by performing the JBP plans in store/customer level.

· 
Delivers superior Sales fundamentals to win with shoppers/buying influencers at the FMOT and Executes Perfectly at in-store/customer level.

· 
Maximally focused on customers/in the field.

Qualifications

Required:

· 
Full time mobility in Villavicencio and near cities

· 
Bachelor’s degree

· 
2-3 years of experience as sales representative or commercial roles in field

· 
Excellent negotiation skills with proven track of success

· 
Ability to add new value & find customer insights

· 
Ability to work under high pressure

· 
Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills

· 
Fluency in English (B2)
