Job description

Organization and Mission

The Making Operations Lab Technician completes essential lab work, providing support to the Research and Development Scientists, Engineers, and Researchers in the technology and product development process. You will be responsible for independently completing assigned tasks on time with high quality, learning new pilot lab skills when required.

The Ideal Candidate

As a key member of the organization, you will be an instrumental part of the team by performing the staging and clean-up of all pilot research labs. You will support Researchers with equipment operation, equipment set up/clean up and sanitization as well as manufacture batches independently while conducting all assigned work in compliance with P&G safety and quality requirements. You will maintain test data and supporting records and also lead and assist with preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds and cleaning, and process maintenance.

Desired profile

Job Requirements
• Minimum of High School Diploma with relevant experience, Preferred Associates Degree in a science, medical or cosmetology
• Computer competency preferred (Word, Excel, basic statistics)
• High Attention to detail and self -motivated
