Our Personal Health Care team at the Mason Business Center outside of Cincinnati, OH is looking to add several QA Managers - is this you? The team works on initiatives on category brands such as: Pepto-Bismol, Vicks, & ZzzQuil. Each position is a junior to mid-level, individual contributor role within the group. A majority of the role is QA project work at the overlap with cross-functions. The remainder of the role is focused on QA troubleshooting across Personal Health Care. Through this you'll be responsible for building QA mastery and expertise within Personal Health Care to ensure compliance with corporate, category, and regulatory requirements. You will train and coaches site and system leaders on category and regulatory requirements, as well as facilitate / enable partnerships with appropriate functions: Engineering, Market Operations, R&D, to implement effective work processes, eliminate losses and reduce risk.
Experience with the FDA or FDA regulated industries is required for this role. Any of the following domain exposure(s) would qualify potential applicants:
· Food
· Medical Devices
· Dietary and / or Drug Supplements
This role is hybrid, with 3 days required in office. Travel is not expected to be more than 10% of the time.
Qualifications
You're a good fit if:
· You have at Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing etc...), or Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, etc...)
· You have 2-6 years of QA experience within industrial, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing operations
· FDA experience required: ( Food, Medical Devices, Dietary and / or Drug Supplements)
· Experience working with the FDA, CFIA, and / or other regulatory agencies for audit purposes is a plus
· Experience serving as point of contact for internal audits
· You have proven cGMP capability of implementation
· You have strong leadership to implement culture changes and adherence to standards
· You have demonstrated leadership and communication skills both verbal and written at an individual level and team.
Just so you know:
Starting Salary Range: $85K - $115K
