Junior Project Manager / Project Engineer – Manufacturing

Location: France, Amiens

Are you looking to take your career to the next level?

We are looking for several Manufacturing Project Manager’s to join our rapidly growing, multi-functional Business Units. You will use your problem solving & implementation expertise to successfully deliver projects that are focused on various areas of improvement. You’ll be confident with a variety of methodologies to support and develop close collaboration between multi-functions – Ensuring the transition of products from R&D Engineering into full operation, with minimal disruption to production.

With us you will:

·  Work across multi-functional teams to develop plans and specifications for new equipment or process’ on existing units & production lines / areas.
·  Project Planning from end to end in order to meet defined milestones & deadlines.
·  Maintain a keen eye for opportunities to implement the correct quality tools & lean manufacturing methods.
·  Review existing manufacturing lines for process improvements, efficiency gains, and safety.
·  Support, Motivate and Develop other staff.
Qualifications

Apply if you have:

·  A Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent – Preferably in Mechanical / Electronics / Manufacturing Engineering
·  Up to 4 years’ experience & ready to take on a new challenge.
·  Hands-on Project Engineering experience - Ideally working within the FMCG or Chemical Engineering Process Industry or can work within an automated manufacturing environment and leading multiple projects.
·  Fluency in English. French is desired but not essential
