·  Manage the technology master plan, capital master plan for region to drive the technology innovation and project investment as business needs管理包装技术规划和投资规划，以宝洁公司宏观经营策略来推动技术创新和项目投资推进
·  Responsible for the commercial new technology study to drive innovation and application in P&G关注和研究外部技术发展以推动宝洁内部技术应用和创新
·  Responsible for new product project feasibility study as R&D and marketing requirement根据研发中心和市场部的需求负责新产品项目可行性研究
·  Leading the project team to design and deliver the packing project, e.g.: new package qualification, packing line reliability improvement and speed up, new packing line installation领导项目组设计和交付包装项目，例如新包装设计的应用和考核，包装线稳定性提高和提速，新包装线的安装
·  Managing supplier for critical technology development and project delivery管理供应商，设计和交付相关项目
·  Managing Contract Manufacturing supplier for project delivery (optional)管理合同加工厂交付相关项目（可选）
·  Emerging technology study and application前沿技术研究和应用管理
Qualifications

·  Education background: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or engineering relative background.机械，化工/化学，电子或者其他工程技术相关学科
· 
Working experience: 2- 5 years related working experience, has project management or technical development experience 2-5年相关工作经验，有项目管理或者技术开发经验

· 
Skills: Fluence English communication, mechanical design or chemicalprocess design. Familiar with manufacturing industrial. Have team management skill, use to manage a small team to complete a project. Prioritize the candidate who is working at Milk, Soft Water, Beer, or other liquid packing company, and prioritize who settle down at Beijing.流利的英文表达，机械设计或者化工工艺设计技能，对生产制造行业熟悉。有团队管理经验，曾经领导过团队完成项目。优先选择正在牛奶，饮料，啤酒等液体生产企业工作的的包装工程师。优选已经在北京安家的候选人
