·  Lead quarterly financial forecast for plant spendings
·  Lead month end closing process at plant, including cross charge, accrual, actual proofing
·  Collaborate with MAGICS pillar to drive strong internal control
·  Lead financial analysis and benchmarking to drive value creation
·  Be the digitization champion to leverage data analytics for value creation ideas


·  A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s is fine, preferably with some business focus)
·  Excellent in analytical thinking, problem-solving, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, BI… skills
·  Self-disciplined, self-motivated and strong leadership & ownership
·  Strong communication skills with English proficiency (both writing and speaking)
·  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
