We produce high-quality products and need to do so on-time and at a low cost. We value your creativity and skill in analyzing and solving some big, meaty problems. From the beginning, you will be leading projects and will impact the production of globally recognized branded products. Our physical distribution engineers help us get things done.

The Physical Distribution Process Engineer leads business result improvement efforts via work process improvement including the analysis, definition, design, implementation and sustainment of improvement. They could be working within a Distribution Centre, Plant Logistics or Customization in a role spanning several areas. The PD Process Engineer could also be handed a specific focus area like Automation, Synchronization or Digitization.

Core Responsibilities:

·  Leads business results improvement via the Focused Improvement Process
·  Includes Analysis, Definition, Design, Implementation and Capability Maintenance
·  Work Process changes are detailed in standard IWS/DMS format. Key contacts include GTM Engineering, IT, Security, HS&E, QA and other PD operations support organizations as well as other multi-functional MDO/GBU contacts as appropriate
·  Will become the Start Up Leader for some of the PD projects

Qualifications

Qualifications

·  Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree with good academic results
·  Strong skills in leadership, and excellent spoken and written communication
·  Good command of the English language
·  0-3 years working experience
·  Have a passion for winning and be willing to face a new challenge every day
