We are seeking a highly motivated PhD Candidate to join the Fabric and Home Care (F&HC) Strategic Innovation & Technology organization, located in Cincinnati, OH, as a PhD Summer Intern. The PhD Intern will work in close collaboration with multifunctional project teams and lead upstream innovation programs to evaluate new molecules, understand fundamental mechanisms, generate new insights, and develop R&D solutions that deliver superior benefits in our Fabric & Home Care products (e.g. Tide, Downy, Unstopables, Febreze, etc.) to further grow P&G's $22+ billion F&HC business. These insights will have a meaningful influence on our business strategy and will enable our products to win with consumers and deliver sustainable results for our Company.
We are looking for a Ph.D. candidate in a STEM field.
· Publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
· Passionate about the hands-on experiment work and demonstrate track record of leading innovation
· Strong coach who is able to guide the work of others
· Team player and ability to work in a multi-functional organization

Pay Range: $55-$61 /hr
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
