The Opportunity

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Performance & Automation Engineer.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about risk management, coordinating with teams in vendor risk, vendor management, and governance, and prioritizing business needs.  This position will include a lot of interaction with peers, communicating results, and investigating root causes.  We are looking for someone with a curious mindset who is passionate and proactive about finding creative solutions to challenging problems while meeting business needs in a timely manner. 

Position Responsibilities

·  Automation – In charge of coding and automation in Power Apps, Power Automate.
·  Performance – In charge of creating Power BI dashboards and maintenance as needed, including monthly updates and improvements. 
·  Coordinating and prioritizing business needs. 
·  In charge of executing processes including customer satisfaction surveys, vendor agreements.
·  Ensures contractors gather necessary information and upload documentation into master filed to feed dashboards in a timely manner, escalating any issues.
·  Supplies to the continuous improvement of the risk and compliance approach across P&G.

Job Qualifications

Required:

·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in computing science
·  2+ years automating processes using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi, or similar software.
·  1+ years of experience focused on the management of vendor performance. Developing SLAs, measuring, monitoring, and reporting.
·  Experience building a vendor performance function including end to end processes for developing, managing, and supervising SLAs, critical metrics, CSATs, vendor dashboards as well as root cause analysis and correction processes to correct non-performance in a collaborative manner.
·  Understanding of standard processes, methodologies, market trends, in the creation and monitoring of effective service level agreements, objectives and critical metrics.
·  Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
·  Analytical skills, able to bring to bear sophisticated data to find opportunities, recognize problems, and draw logical conclusions.
·  Ability to effectively manage stressful situations. Able to provide customer-facing support in a professional manner.
·  Teamwork; establish and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships with business collaborators and IT vendors.
·  Competent in using Microsoft Office 365 suite for effective collaboration and communications.

Preferred:

·  2+ years in Robotics Process Automation using RPA Express, Blue Prism or similar software.
·  Proficiency working in Python, Visual Basic, Power Automate, DAX
