Junior Quality Assurance Manager

Job description

Responsible for building QA mastery and expertise within a sector or BU to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements while trains and coaches site and system leaders. Facilitates and enables partnerships with appropriate functions e.g., Engineering, SMO, Market, R&D, etc. to implement effective work processes, eliminate losses and reduce risk.

·  Act as and undertake responsibilities of the Responsible Person (Mesul Müdür) as per local laws
·  Ensure all license obligations are met and that the guidelines on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) are complied with.
·  To support the implementation and continuity of a robust and compliant Quality Management System and to foster a „Quality Mindset“ and a „Quality Culture“ within P&G Health.
·  Ensures oversight and governance of distribution third parties and maintenance of third-party quality agreements.
·  To ensure medicinal product complaints are dealt with effectively.
·  To decide on the final disposition of returned, recalled, rejected, falsified medicinal product.
·  To authorize the return to saleable stock any returned medicines.
·  To coordinate and perform recall operations of medicinal product.
·  To focus on the supervision of licensable activities, the accuracy and quality of records, compliance with established standard operating procedures, the quality of handling and storage equipment and facilities, and the standard achieved.
·  Ensure the appropriate communication to the local health authority of any reportable event related to product quality and product shortages.

·  Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, chemistry or chemical and pharmaceutical technologies
·  Preferably having experience in health industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food supplements)
·  Preferably previous experience as Responsible Person (Mesul Müdür)
