Business Care is the first line of support our IDQ users engage to solve their technical issues with GBS IDQ-owned applications (such as eQMS, DSM, Nexus, etc.)! Our team delivers operational excellence through superb customer service to find solutions to problems and provide continual process improvement to exceed customer needs. We use a self-service portal and knowledge management as key tools to deliver that experience. Our team is expanding in FY 20/21 to cover a broader range of applications in the IDQ space. The team is strategically located in Mason, Ohio where you can interact with our operations managers, application managers, business partners and domain specialists. You will develop expertise in the applications under your area.

You will manage the Junction and Training Services for the IDQ applications supported by Business Care. Training services has a broad depth of responsibilities including:

·  System ownership of our IDQ Learning System (LMS) & Junction.pg.com self-service portal.
·  Drive optimization in training content development.
·  Manage and deliver technology changes to enable "best training experience" for our end users. Define with Business Care Service Manager the long terms direction and features of self service.
·  Deliver optimizations in training workflow.
·  Manage content creation for our user libraries.
·  Develop and maintain a communication service for IDQ.
·  Standardized, Scale, Optimize & Automate.
Qualifications

You will demonstrate your ITIL knowledge to ensure defined support process are developed and executed by our suppliers. Previous experience not required.

Experience in Digital Innovation, Quality, Lab or GPS work processes is desired.

Ability to develop Diverse & Collaborative Relationships: Establishing strong partnerships across diverse groups – multi-functional team members, vendors, partners, and technical specialists – is a key to success.

Good communication and leadership skills are essential.

Basic programming skill with tools such as SharePoint, Agile, Angular, React and HTML.

Ability to take on multiple projects and prioritizdeliver best deliever based on resources available to deliver the work.

Previous development of principles to automate and scale activities by transforming the work process while improving user experience.

Previous training or My Learning Superuser experience a plus.

There would be limited travel. We leverage virtual tools as part of our daily interactions.
