·  Be responsible for talent management forP&G SMO PS. The work will focus on staffing and succession planning.
·  Be responsible for SMO PS employee engagement design, as to help build a high performance organization and winning business.
·  Working closely with Business leadership team and provide business supporting and suggestions on employee development and Caring ,working methodology & compliance, performance evaluation, offer proposal & compensation renew.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor degree or above.
·  2-5 Years' working experience in HR.
·  Learning fast and be external focus.
·  Be passionate on organization and people.
·  Good communication skill.
