Human Resources (HR) practitioner in P&G is responsible for building people and leadership capability, developing an adaptive and competitive organization and creating a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the Company.

As our business is growing, we need to have a strong organization behind. As HR Intern you will get a project in one of core areas of HR expertise - Talent Identification and Development, Employee Relations, Effective Communications, Organization Planning and Effectiveness, Team capability, Rewards and Recognition, others.

Our Managers will share their experience with you and will guide you throughout your internship program. You will have a chance to learn from highly qualified professionals about how to develop and maintain competitive organization from the HR side to deliver overall business objectives and strategies

Compensations and benefits:

·  Starting salary: 17 000 UAH gross;

·  Lunch support;

·  Flexible work hours and possibility to work from home;

·  And many-many more.

Of course, we will provide you with all the necessary training and knowledge to perform well during your internship. If you complete your project successfully you will get a chance to become our permanent employee after you graduate from university.

Qualifications

• Graduates or 3-6th year student;

• Good command of English;

• Great leadership, ability to work independently and as a team worker;
