Global Innovation Process Engineer Internship (m/f/x)

Job description

As an intern in Global Innovation team, you will be working in 2 areas:

· 
Global Innovation Supply Chain for Wipes: you will be responsible to set up new tool for the long term capacity plan. You will own the upstream finished product and material supply management work and you will lead the process to automate this process.

· 
Global Innovation Process and Engineering for Wipes: you will be responsible to support specific projects of the innovation masterplan executing defined engineering work processes.

Responsibilities:

· 
Automate process that enables company to have:

· 
long term capacity management for finished product via LRCP 18 months - 5 years. Drives action plans and decision on capacity gaps.

· 
Long term Material Supply Chain LRCP 18 months. Includes:

· 
Driving clarity of sourcing needs and changes over next 18 months - 5 years and supports Purchasing in that effort.

· 
Operational Supplier Relationship Management identified by Purchases (leads for Supplier’s with an 18m -5 year focus).

· 
Material supply chain requirements to SNO’s Category Innovation Strategies

· 
Execute projects of the Innovation Masterplan:

· 
Digital projects implementation: automatic data acquisition, roll-out of digital projects across the sites, organization training on new digital solutions.

· 
Implement end to end projects with wide connection of multifunctional areas of the organization

· 
Develop work processes and standards.
