Key Responsibilities :

l 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> Is the Financial expert 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> on all category dynamics (trade, competition, etc) and leverages these insights to the strengthen the commercial strategy. Understands the brand strategy, pricing, technical performance, consumer positioning, selling strategy, cost, profitability, etc., better than any other single person. Integrates that knowledge and proactively recommends solutions and plans to tackle business opportunities.

l 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> Owns the category/brand strategy 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> and drives the plans to meet relevant TSR drivers and OGSM targets. Collaborates effectively with the brand team to win in the market and is a trusted advisor to provide objective advice and sound recommendations.

l 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> Demonstrates excellent analytical skills 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> by picking up concepts quickly and thoroughly understanding issues, anticipating potential questions or needs. Produces accurate/consistent numbers with virtually no supervision and quick turnaround on important or urgent requests.

l 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> Stays in front of recommendations 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> . Has a major impact on projects before they reach major investment points. Proactively identifies sources of value and manages risk . Ensures projects remain financially viable even if some key elements don't deliver (i.e., finds ways to optimize investment, has MSA dates and gates, etc.).

l 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> Turns analysis into actionable recommendations 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> . Partners multi-functionally to maximize initiative value. Helps management take informed risks and the right decisions by explaining the impact of changes to key parameters. Clearly and promptly communicates if the success criteria are not being met, being pragmatic and forcing choices (adjust plans to max value or kill) or take risks when appropriate.

l 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> Drives sustainable unit NOS and GM% expansion through SRM, 고딕';='' mso-font-kerning='' 0pt'=''> leading the target setting and pricing strategy definition, building the category portfolio vertically and horizontally by creating a strong initiative portfolio process that drives completion, sufficiency and margin accretive innovation. Ensures a robust financial analysis of each initiative.

Qualifications

Experience Required / Preferred:

l At least 1 ~ 3 years of experience in the field of Finance required

l Experience of working with multi-function commercial team preferred

Skills Needed:

l Strong communications skill both in English and Korean

l Excellent leadership and collaboration skill

l Strong analytical skills
