This decision presents you with unique opportunity to be part of a transformation that will enable a new vision and long-term strategies for the future of the Iowa City Plant. In this role you will be asked to lead Making activities to enable a world class EC30 supply chain, develop best-in-class training plans, and execute the making scope with excellence

Important Responsibilities :

· 
As the Functional Fibers Making Technology leader you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Making and Spinning scope from learning plan development through equipment startup at the Iowa City site.

· 
You will be acritical member of the Genesis Delivery Team transforming the site through unprecedented change and helping to incubate new business models for P&G.

· 
This role will be responsible to build and execute learning plans.

· 
Conduct best value options analyses.

· 
Ensure suppliers meet P&G specifications and requirements.

· 
Execute vendor acceptance testing

· 
Lead technical delivery including installation and startup at the site.

·

General Requirements:

· 
BS or MS in Engineering Related Field

· 
3-8 years experience preferred

Job Qualification 1 :

· 
Leverages Mastery: This role requires strong technical mastery in Making technologies including Formulated and Assembled technology applications.

· 
Ability to lead development of specifications, evaluate supplier proposals, ensure robust learning plans are executed for key transformations to ensure technical readiness.

· 
Experience with managing suppliers and execution of EWP deliverables such as design basis, equipment specifications, and IQ/OQ planning.

· 
Candidate should have experience diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Job Qualification 2 :

·

Iowa City has several different businesses(Oral Care, Hair Care, Personal Cleansing Care), is FDA regulated, Class 1 chemicals, a reputation of for technical mastery, is phase 3, and will soon add another business.

This requires the you to be extremely flexible in your day-to-day activities and willing to flow to the work as needed by the site demands.

Leadership: Proven track record to learn and build capability in others. This will grow to set direction for our technicians, engineers, and contract resources and require you to ensure capability plans are developed and executed to keep the team on track for delivering a new technology.

Ability to influence and align site and business leaders to need of the team is a must.

Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, delegate, coach, and deliver business results in complex situations.

Must be able to flow to the work, drive issues to closure quickly based on data and experience, and balance competing priorities.

Development of relationships will be critical to your success in supporting the EC30 Start-up and will require building relationships across multiple levels of leadership and several businesses to engage resources to deliver results.

Engineering Work Process (EWP) – practical experience

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $100-$143k

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
