Job Description:
As a Customer Service Operator Order Management Planner/Analyst you will handle order management of 30+ customers. Analysts are responsible for quickly and accurately responding to internal/external order change requests. Responsible for certain assigned team SPOC roles to support a healthy and productive team environment. Part of a team who monitors Ion accounts to remedy necessary order changes to meet the business needs.
Qualifications
Education:
· Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
· Fluent in Microsoft Suite, required
· Great oral and written communication skills
· Disciplined
· Collaborative in team settings
· Skills in PowerBI, Power-Automate, KNIME, DOMO a plus
· Ready and willing learner

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $48,000 - $66,700
