Do you want to work with brands that millions of consumers love and use every day? The P&G Fabric and Home Care Design Team is looking for a dedicated and driven Budget Coordinator to join the team. You will provide focused budget management and support and will be located primarily in downtown Cincinnati. This role will be highly integrated and interdependent with the Design Team, who will depend on you to play a core role coordinating budget responsibilities to truly enable the design development to take place with external agency partners. You will be trusted to dive in and take charge of the budget, use your initiative and collaboration skills to coordinate and collaborate. Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

Primary responsibility will be to serve as the project budget coordinator. Work includes direct collaboration with Design budget owners, Design Firms and other suppliers to ensure our overall budget targets are met and maintained.

Example of some daily activities include opening purchase orders to agency partners to facilitate design project work. Track budgets, PO commits, and actuals to reconcile budgets monthly to ensure spending is within budget targets. Prepare for year- end budget close by closing/balancing all purchase orders and reconciliation of yearly spend to meet all budget targets.

Project work tasks will include meetings with internal and external partners, handle and track purchase orders and close purchase orders at fiscal year-end. Forecast project budgets, set up new projects budgets beginning of new fiscal year, keep internal processes running, work with finance to ensure proper records for our safe guidelines are met and work within our finance systems to manage cost centers, vendor maintenance, run budget reports, and manage purchase orders, and trouble shoot and resolve payment issues.

Other duties may include provide vacation backup support for our other budget coordinators.

Other daily responsibilities may include providing project or admin support for Design Managers. It will also be important to be able to react to new information or changes that arise with a quick plan of action to support the Design Managers or their design budgets. This role also requires the ability to build diverse collaborative relationships. You will need to interact with our design organization and our external partners to build positive relationships that will help drive efficient spend, project timelines, and timely invoicing practices. Manage internal finance changes and implement changes with new procedures and set new expectations with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

·  Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
·  Previous experience working in SAP a plus but not required
·  Intermediate skills in Excel, Outlook, Calendar, Word, Power Point
