YOUR ROLE

In this role you will be responsible to support the business with day-to-day work across all areas of their projects. You will be working with technical office tools and software applications, calendar management and coordinate travel and business meetings.

· 
Some of your responsibilities are e. g. providing calendar management, meeting coordination, arranging travel & expense reports, budget tracking, manage email distribution lists, assisting overseas visitors, purchase order management and budget support.

· 
You will ensure interns/co-ops/new hires have successful employee moments of truth. That means e. g. ordering & setting up laptop & supplies, organizing welcome carts, onboarding schedules, and organising final reviews.

· 
You also keep office supplies stocked and you’re the point of contact for all large group meeting setups and logistics.

To be successful in this role you should have an interest in being an integral part of the organization and culture and with a mindset to act with accountability and urgency to support the productivity of the department.

After joining you will build on your existing skills with MS Office and learn our P&G work systems. Over time we encourage you to upskill with regular trainings to keep on building your capability and capacity.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

· 
Strong organizational skills, well-structured and proactive to manage diverse and multiple responsibilities daily

· 
Fluent English and Strong German required

· 
Strong collaboration skills and interested to work with diverse individuals and teams

· 
The ability to work autonomously with impeccable attention to detail and set priorities on your own

· 
You’re flexible and can handle unexpected situations and required changes

· 
You are competent with Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint

As a plus:

· 
You have professional experience in the field of organisation, finance or a similar area of high complexity

· 
Experienced in using administrative systems e.g. My Purchase, Coupa and SAP

· 
Skilled in data analysis and presentation for e. g. budget tracking
