Overview of the job

Would you like to contribute and dedicatedly facilitate the work of P&G's leaders in their daily tasks while improving your own skills? We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build reciprocal and mutually-beneficial relationships with others while performing an administrative support role.

Your team

You will be a critical partner to department leadership as well as an important member of the team. You would also collaborate with multifunction teams within P&G.

How success looks like

Your success would be based on the quality of operational work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching. Having high operational discipline and being a team player are critical for this role.

Responsibilities of the role

· 
Ensure efficient & quality day-to-day administrative support to the department you’re supporting. Examples of your day to day tasks could include: complex calendar management and triage, e-mail monitoring, meeting scheduling, presentation creation, domestic & international travel arrangements (including visa applications), expense report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings, creation and management of purchase orders

· 
Take ownership of Business Unit & functional processes such as budget tracking, arranging drumbeat meetings, site-wide meeting and top management visit.

· 
Coordinate logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings.

Qualifications

We believe you would be an excellent fit here, if you have:

·  Graduated from any 4-yr College Course
·  Minimum of 1 year work experience as Admin Assistant or similar work is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
·  Strong technology skills and a proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Skype, Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration technologies.
·  Strong organization and follow-through skills. Able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence.
·  Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
·  Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken)
·  Clear ability to handle multiple priorities
