Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled, experienced accountspayable (AP) analyst to join our growing organization. In this position, youwill play a critical role in managing and recording the payables to oursuppliers. You will process accounts and outgoing payments, coordinating asneeded with the Suppliers and the multi-functional team within P&G.Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities

§ Monitor and Track payables and invoices ensuringtimely payment

§ Manage electronic ledger; ensure invoices areprocessed correctly and compliant to government/tax requirements § Identifydiscrepancies and resolve billing issues

§ Collaborate with multi-functional teams within P&G and be theconnection with suppliers on payments § Drive simplification and innovation todeliver value for the company

Qualifications

Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:

a. Strong operations management to effectivelymanage daily payments operations and manage supplier communication

b. Proficient in MS Office 360, SAP experience notmandatory but a plus

c. Good oral and written communication skills
