People and Culture Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen in the People and Culture team in Leeds Trinity, you will provide support to the P&C manager taking responsibility for end to end recruitment, induction and supporting the coaching and development of our staff therefore enabling us to deliver the best possible customer experience.
With the ability to communicate at all levels you will be the first point of contact for all our employees and be knowledgeable in all areas of HR in order to provide accurate and timely advice to support the P&C department together with assisting with the day to day running of the department including payroll queries, filing and general office duties.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous Human Resources related administration experience is desirable. Suitable candidates must demonstrate an enthusiastic and passionate approach to working in a busy Human Resources department, coupled with demonstrating proven leadership skills, and exemplary time-keeping and attendance.
High levels of computer literacy are essential and proficiency with Microsoft computer packages (including EXCEL) may be tested as part of the selection process.
