What we’re looking for

·  The ability to work well under pressure. Part of your role will be validating spread sheets, overseeing a range of processes and presenting complex information within certain time constraints. For this, you’ll need to keep your composure, plan ahead and above all, demonstrate that you can work well under pressure.
·  Great customer service skills. You could be working for both internal and external payroll customers. It’s vital that you display a professional level of service and show that you understand all services provided by this department as well as how it works cross-functionally with other areas of the business.
·  Confident organisation. Providing administration of a weekly and four-weekly payroll for 5,000+ employees means keeping up with a lot of people at once. You should be organised and plan your work to ensure you can accurately complete payrolls on time – using Microsoft Excel to assist you.
·  A good eye for detail. Working alongside regulations, company rules and specific processes, you’ll need to be able to effectively analyse and interrogate high volumes of data. This means spotting any inconsistencies and acting for the best of the company and our colleagues.
Why work with us?

Along with a competitive salary, you can expect to make a real difference to the people who work in our global business – doing right by their needs. You’ll also have some brilliant benefits to look forward to, such as training opportunities covering everything from mindfulness sessions to developing your leadership skills. With a gym, café, canteen, choir, book club and running club, you’ll have plenty of ways to get involved.
