Training Administrator (Oracle) – 12 month FTC
Purpose of role
To support the change and training team with administrative responsibilities related to change activities and end user training for: Merchandising, Central Merchandising, Sourcing, Finance, Supply Chain and Retail. The training administrator will work as part of the change and training team, reporting to the Change Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate all required training for end users, collating invitation acceptance and re-booking where necessary.
· Responsible for facility arrangements including room bookings, equipment organisation, appropriate systems in place for courses.
· Be the first point of contact should the training environment require support.
· Capture collate and regularly present reports on course attendance.
· Collate evaluation forms, analyse data and share with the training team.
· Inform training manager and trainers of changes, issues, and work as part of the team to propose a solution.
· DLP (Digital learning platform) administration including training scheduling and uploading content to document library.
· Uploading all content to the DLP so that it is the first point of reference for end users training and document library.

Essential knowledge, education, skills and experience
· Be an experienced Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience - ideally in a fast-paced organisation.
· Have a good level of business acumen, sound common sense and a genuine interest in the retail industry.
· Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
· Excellent planning, organising and co-ordinating skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high level of energy and a positive can-do attitude.
· Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
· Demonstrate a high standard of IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
· Knowledge of a Learning Management System such as the DLP would be an advantage but is not essential.
