We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition team in Dublin. This role is ideal for those eager to leverage their experience in Talent Acquisition. As part of a dynamic, caring and collaborative team, you’ll enhance candidate experiences and contribute to our business by supporting on projects and exciting Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Our administrators provide the best-in-class assistance for our Talent Acquisition Team across all our Head Office business areas and geographies. Supporting with, diary scheduling, crafting & posting job ads, screening applications and helping to maintain an engaging Primark candidate experience. If you are familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, have previous administrative experience in a fast -paced environment with excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
·  Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and telephone screens for the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across various business areas and countries.
·  Communication Management: Send interview confirmations and materials, ensuring efficient and excellent candidate communications.
·  Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience by promptly addressing queries and providing support.
·  Recruitment Support: Assist with job ad postings, application screening, and onboarding activities, including background checks and right-to-work documentation.
·  Administrative Tasks: Track candidate activities in the Applicant Tracking System, process purchase orders, support talent-specific projects, and assist with reporting and process efficiency improvements

What You’ll Bring

·  1-2 years administrative experience with high volume requests and proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams).
·  Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
·  Excellent customer service skills and ability to be a positive brand advocate.
·  Experience with professional social networks (LinkedIn desirable).
·  Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
