Job description
Mission:
This position is responsible to lead the recruiting and staffing efforts for all salaried positions within the United States, including both the regional headquarters and operations facilities
Primary Responsbilities:
· Lead recruiter for all US Salaried positions
· Act as the primary liaison between managers, candidates, and local HR team
· Conducting sourcing for all open salaried positions
· Conduct intake assessments with hiring managers to determine the key skills and best potential fit for a given open role prior to beginning the sourcing process
· Determine and make process improvements to our sourcing and staffing process where needed
· Work with external staffing companies when additional sourcing support is needed
· Assist with the co-op and intern programs, provide training and career insight
· Driving best practices for recruiting and staffing to hiring managers within the organization
· Conduct regular calls with hiring managers and local HR during job searches to maintain open communication and aligned candidate sourcing
· Pre-screen candidates and provide a vetted list of potential employees to hiring managers
· Support external events such as job fairs and campus recruiting
Profile:
Personal Background
· Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business, or Liberal Arts Preferred)
· Experience in manufacturing or staffing industry preferred
· 3+ years of relevant experience
Job Technical skills
· Experience in all aspects of recruiting, either for an internal company, or external staffing agency
· Knowledge of staffing and hiring processes within a corporate setting
· Ability to manage multiple projects and processes while supporting the day to day operational needs of the local HR team and leadership
· Experience using Microsoft Office including strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Strong ability to development relationships with key stakeholders, multi-task, and manage competing priorities on a daily basis
