MAIN DUTIES

·  Maintain all moulds on-site as per procedure to the agreed standard
·  Prioritise breakdowns, rectify the problems and minimise downtime
·  Support all production areas as required

MAIN ACTIVITIES

·  Carry out breakdowns and services in an effective and safe manner
·  Prioritise services as per weekly schedules
·  Undertake all tasks within the agreed shift pattern and cover call out as per schedule

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

·  Ensure all work is carried out within Health and Safety legislation
·  Document all work, repairs or modifications carried out on moulds on-site
·  Ensure all relevant information is passed on to the oncoming shift
·  Analyse previous problems from historical data, to assist in fault-finding on-site.
